Convergence is a kettle dyed variegated, somewhat repeatable colorway featuring deep blues, teals, and chocolate and is inspired by the convergence of the Allegheny and Monongahela Rivers into the Ohio River at the point in Pittsburgh.
Dyed on a 22 micron Fine Polwarth wool combed top sourced from sustainably managed, non-mulesed flocks that are also not treated with pesticides from the Falkland Islands (organic process, just not the organic certification).
Hand dyed using professional acid dyes that are hypoallergenic and meet either Oeko-Tex 100 or organic processing standards.
Care: Machine wash cold, gentle, or handwash using tepid water and a wool wash. Lay flat to dry.
Because of the dye method, individual braids within a dyelot are fraternal and there will be variation between braids. Different dyelots will be more like cousins.
