A perfectly executed cocktail. It's #1 on the list. One of my favorites is an Aviation and getting it just right is a balance of knowing your gins (I prefer Scottish gins) and just the right amount of acid to make it bright but not tart (I prefer lime to lemon in my cocktails).
Aviation is a Signature Blend that contains 50% Polwarth wool, 25% Blue Faced Leicester wool, 12.5% Tussah Silk and 12.5% Viscose from Lotus. Designed by Jill and made exclusively for HipStrings in the UK. Sold in 4 ounce quantities.
