Sock Blocker in Maple Plywood

Our Maple sock blockers are perfect for shaping your precious handmade socks and showing them off to their best advantage. Each sock blocker is made from 1/4" inch laser cut Maple plywood and is clearly marked with the applicable shoe sizes.

You can purchase either an individual sock blocker or a pair of sock blockers.

Sock blockers are available in three sizes based on foot circumference and also take into account corresponding foot length, arch diagonal, ankle circumference and calf circumference as inferred by the Knitty foot sizing survey. All sock blockers will accommodate a 8" knitted calf length. Size of the sock blockers is set to 90% of actual foot measurements to ensure your socks are perfectly blocked and will comfortably hug your feet.

The Women's Small is based on a 7.5 inch foot circumference and is suitable for shoe sizes below a Woman's size 7 or for those with narrow feet.

The Women's Medium sock blocker is based on an 8 inch foot circumference and corresponds to a Women's Shoe Size 8-9 or Men's 5.5-7.5.

The Women's Large sock blocker is based on a 9 inch foot circumference and corresponds to a Women's Shoe Size 10-12 or Men's 7.5-10.

The Men's Large sock blocker is based on a 10 inch foot circumference and corresponds to a Men's Shoe size 11-14.
